Job summary
Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Junior Remote Support Technician to provide Tier I/II remote IT support for a DoD/J6 Service Delivery environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and enterprise apps, document issues in ServiceNow, and meet SLAs under supervision from the Solution Center Lead.
The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to escalate complex incidents. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and ITIL Foundations are valued; DoD experience
Qualifications
- 1–3 years IT support or help desk; demonstrated Windows troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent vendor certs and experience accepted.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ on hire; ITIL v4 Foundations; HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Windows 11 Troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I remote IT support for Windows in an enterprise environment.
- Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
- Document work in ServiceNow and adhere to SLAs.
- Coordinate with network/security teams for remote access issues.
- Create knowledge articles from recurring fixes.
