Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Service Desk professional to support AFOSI networks in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on end-to-end IT support, incident management, and ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD policies across multiple classification levels.

The candidate should have TS/SCI eligibility, IAT II certification, and strong experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow ITSM, and mobile-device management. The position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
• IAT Level II certification such as Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140.
• Strong desktop application administration including Microsoft Office, browsers and antivirus software.
• Experience with Active Directory and ITSM ticket resolution platforms.
• Experience with workstation imaging, mobile-device management, device issuance, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk support for AFOSI networks and systems across classification levels.
• Deliver end-to-end IT support including transitions, operations, and backups.
• Resolve customer issues and document troubleshooting in the ITSM system.
• Recognize trends and provide mitigation plans to prevent outages.
• Notify customers of ticket status changes and provide timely updates.
• Support password resets, imaging, cabling, and VOIP coordination with Navy.
• Monitor tickets for outages and update affected customers.
• Install and configure client software and ensure compliance with DoD policies.
• Administer user accounts, device configurations, and hardware issuance.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for video systems before escalation.
