Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is hiring a Junior Remote Support Technician in Arlington, VA. This entry-level role provides Tier I remote IT support for a DoD environment, resolving Windows and standard enterprise issues and documenting actions in ServiceNow.

Under guidance, you will escalate complex incidents and contribute to knowledge articles while maintaining SLA adherence and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional IT support, service desk, or remote support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent vendor certifications.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; CompTIA Security+ required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I remote IT support and escalating as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolve issues per SLAs in ServiceNow.
• Perform basic diagnostics for GFE and VPN access; handoff complex issues to Tier II/III.
