Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Service Desk professional to provide frontline IT support for AFOSI networks in Quantico, VA. You will handle incidents across classified levels and coordinate with Navy on ticketing issues, ensuring timely resolutions and professional service.

The role requires a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance or eligibility, IAT II certification, and strong experience with AD, ServiceNow, imaging, Intune, and mobile device management.

Competenze

• 5 years of technical support experience, including 3 years in a Service Desk.
• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• IAT Level II certification such as Security+ or equivalent.
• Experience with Active Directory and ITSM ticket systems (ServiceNow).
• Experience with workstation imaging, mobile-device management, VPN, and device issuance.

Mansioni

• Provide Service Desk support for AFOSI networks and systems at multiple classification levels.
• Document troubleshooting and customer interactions in the ITSM system.
• Administer user accounts, device configuration, and hardware issuance.
• Monitor tickets for trends and notify customers of status updates.
• Assist with password resets, workstation imaging, and coordination with Navy on tickets.
