Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Junior Remote Support Technician (Solution Center) to provide Tier I/II remote IT support for a DISA J6 Service Delivery mission. You will troubleshoot Windows issues, use remote access tools, and document in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.

A DoD/J6 background and Security+ are preferred. You will work under guidance from senior technicians and the Solution Center Lead, escalating complex incidents and delivering professional customer service while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent vendor certifications.
Active Secret clearance requirements and security compliance.
CompTIA Security+ certification required on hire.
HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician and ITIL v4 Foundations certifications or able to obtain within six months.
1–3 years of professional IT support experience; experience in a DoD/J6 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide remote Tier I and developing Tier II IT support to end users.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ServiceNow; maintain SLAs.
Escalate complex incidents with clear handoffs to deskside or higher-tier teams.
Deliver courteous customer service and collaborate with peers to resolve issues.
Contribute to knowledge articles and internal documentation.
