Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Associate Specialist, Desktop Systems to support the company’s end-user computing environment, maintaining workstations, peripherals, and standard software for reliable, secure access. You will handle routine issues, deploy devices, and assist in asset management with close supervision.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, imaging, security compliance, and remote support across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of desktop support, end-user computing, or related technical support role.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and standard software applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and asset management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine desktop support requests related to hardware, OS, and standard applications.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission laptops, desktops, and peripherals per imaging, setup, and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printing, and account access issues; document steps in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software installations and device checks.
• Maintain records of asset and configuration information for end-user devices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of requests and improve processes.
• Follow company policies and security standards to safeguard data and resources.
• Support remote work initiatives by assisting employees at various locations.
• Participate in training to stay current with technologies and best practices.
• Adhere to working hours aligned with ET.
