Job summary

Parity Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Support Lead to elevate our remote-first IT services for a distributed global team. You will coach one End User Support Engineer, drive automation, and own procurement across multiple countries, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-efficient IT operations.

The role blends hands-on support with strategic leadership, focusing on scalable processes, vendor management, and collaboration with SRE, Security, and Workplace teams to maintain high service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support/IT operations with team mentoring
• Experience using AI to automate workflows and improve processes
• Experience with user access management in multi-SaaS environments
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and reliability practices
• Strong networking knowledge across LAN/WLAN and devices

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor End User Support Specialist, set priorities and growth plans
• Own day-to-day ticket coordination from creation to resolution, with escalation for complex issues
• Hands-on support to model service orientation and troubleshoot end-user issues
• Build a high-performance, data-driven culture within IT support
• Support adoption of AI/automation across IT workflows
• Identify and pilot new tools to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Own IT procurement from vendor selection to ongoing management
• Handle laptop/hardware purchases for global hires with cross-country delivery
• Monitor IT systems delivery and reliability against BAU standards
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and communicate incidents with vendors
• Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Workplace teams on security and reliability
