Job summary

Kraft Kennedy is seeking a part-time paid Intern to join the Support Practice Group/Network Operations Center. The role is remote and requires residing in eligible US states. Schedule is 25 hours per week with some weekend hours, and the base pay is $17.00 per hour.

You’ll learn client environments, cloud and on-premise tech, and work with networking gear while aligning with our C.L.I.E.N.T. service approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and related college major.
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up.
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
• Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology used in the legal industry.
• Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco.
• Tickets are assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
• Learn about and incorporate our C.L.I.E.N.T. (Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, Tenacious) service efforts into daily work.
