Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience in a professional setting.
• Strong English communication and ability to work remotely and on-site as needed.
• Willingness to travel internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone or email and on-site when needed.
• Install, administer and troubleshoot Linux and software/hardware systems.
• Operate in an on-call rotation for after-hours incidents.
• Manage ticketing system and incident tracking.
• Document processes and workflows in standard formats.
• Support sales and liaise with warehouses, agents and customers as required.
• Perform journal entries and ensure accurate business transactions.
