Job summary

Harbor IT is seeking a Level 2-3 Internal IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. You will work on advanced endpoint setup, remote troubleshooting, and platform optimization, especially during migrations as we integrate acquired companies’ systems and teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Entra Domain Join, Intune, profile migrations, and RMM tools, with the ability to support users remotely across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 2-3 IT support roles, particularly in MSP or enterprise environments.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) Domain Join, Microsoft Intune, device management and MDM.
• Profile migration tools and techniques for onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with RMM platforms (Datto, N-Able, ConnectWise).
• Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Microsoft Security Center and basic Azure administration.
• Scripting and automation: PowerShell and Python.
• Excellent remote troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Configuration & Migration: Set up machines with Entra Domain Join and deploy Intune policies.
• Migration support: perform user profile migrations during onboarding and transitions.
• Remote troubleshooting: Tier 2-3 support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Linux & macOS.
• Platform engineering & RMM management: monitor endpoint health with Datto, N-Able, ConnectWise; apply patches and security settings.
• Security & compliance: manage security protocols with Microsoft Security Center; ensure internal/external standards.
• System integration: assist in data/profile migration during integration sprints; document workflows.
