Ciklum is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team full-time with remote-friendly options in Ukraine. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team supporting a credential management software package and helping clients protect data access.

Responsibilities include handling service desk tickets, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with developers to resolve problems while ensuring documentation and knowledge bases are up to date.

Competenze

• Basic IT education; courses are a plus.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Windows Server.
• Excellent English, both written and speaking skills required.
• Service oriented with desire to help people and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve system issues under time pressure.

• Respond to customers' requests in a quick and efficient manner.
