Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking an IT Technical Engineer to provide proactive technical support to internal users and maintain IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep systems running smoothly.

This remote role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to document solutions. You will help with onboarding, IT projects, and ensuring security policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person to resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to computer hardware, software, OS, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for optimal performance.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
