Job summary

Xantrion is seeking a fully remote IT Support Engineer to join a people-first team. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite at client locations as needed, with Pacific-time shift hours 9am–6pm. You will handle front-line support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and log requests in ConnectWise.

The position emphasizes clear documentation, timely ticket resolution, and collaboration with internal teams. Applicants should have at least 3 years of technical support experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience.
• Some on-site support experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS; MS Office.
• Able to document tickets and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone coverage, and participate in various call center groups.
• Provide on-site assistance to clients within your local geography, if applicable.
• Log and track support requests in ConnectWise and escalate when required.
• Brief customers, and management, on the status of resolution efforts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
