Job summary

Xantrion is hiring a fully remote IT Support Engineer with hybrid requirements, including onsite client support as needed. The shift runs 9am–6pm Pacific time and hours may vary to meet client needs.

You will provide frontline technical support, log requests in ConnectWise, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes working in a collaborative team, with opportunities for growth and training, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
• On-site support experience preferred.
• Basic diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Windows 7/10 and MacOS familiarity.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line phone coverage, and participate in various call center groups.
• Log and track requests in ConnectWise and update tickets until resolved.
• Provide on-site assistance to clients within your local geography as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and customer communication.
