Job summary

ThreatSpike Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to serve as a hands-on problem solver, resolving complex tickets and security incidents across multiple environments.

You’ll communicate clearly with clients and collaborate with the ThreatSpike SOC to remediate issues efficiently, while becoming an expert on ThreatSpike software. You will handle high‑volume, client‑facing support, document resolutions, and contribute to automation projects to streamline service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on technical experience in IT support or security-related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users and remain calm.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with security incident remediation and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT and security support across environments.
• Handle phone-based support with a clear, confident voice.
• Document ticket resolutions and SOPs for future analysts.
• Remediate security incidents in collaboration with the ThreatSpike SOC.
• Develop deep product knowledge of ThreatSpike software to resolve client issues quickly.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and automation efforts.
