Horizon3 seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support with a focus on remote coverage for our distributed workforce. You will resolve day-to-day issues across hardware, software, identity, and collaboration tools, while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced SaaS/cybersecurity environment.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration software and identity tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical staff.
• Comfort handling a queue of concurrent requests with minimal direction.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Resolve help desk tickets for a distributed workforce and manage ticket queues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Administer identity tasks (password resets, MFA) and escalate complex requests.
• Assist with endpoint management and asset tracking using standard tools.
• Maintain accurate ticket and asset records for reporting and audits.
• Follow runbooks and update knowledge content as needed.
• Escalate high-impact issues with context and prior steps taken.
• Collaborate with Security and IT Engineering on device compliance.
