Lumen is seeking a Principal, IT Strategy & Operations Manager for a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. You will partner with Technology VPs, Finance, and external partners to shape IT strategy, translate technology investments into business value, and drive disciplined execution of cloud program financial operations.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT strategy, technology finance, business operations, consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and investment governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define transformation priorities, roadmaps, and investment choices with Technology VPs to drive business value.
• Identify AI, automation, analytics, and process improvements to boost productivity and decision quality.
• Manage cloud program budgets, forecasts, milestones, and actuals with governance alignment.
• Coordinate professional-services funding and governance reviews; post monthly actuals and prepare reports for Cloud Program leadership.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and leadership decks for portfolio reporting.
• Lead cross-functional follow-through on priorities, risks, and actions; improve financial controls.
• Provide cloud spend analysis across AWS, Microsoft, and Google and support monthly accruals.
