Amplify is seeking a resourceful IT Services Intern to join our team for a remote, 10-week summer internship. This paid program helps maintain and optimize the technology infrastructure used by educators, students, and families across Amplify’s products.

The ideal candidate enjoys IT support, systems administration, and structured troubleshooting, and thrives in a collaborative environment with mentorship from IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and returning to school Fall 2027.
• Full-time availability from June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly.
• Knowledge of and interest in K-12 education technology.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management and issue resolution across hardware, software, and network problems.
• Identify recurring issues and gaps to improve IT processes and end-user experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for device provisioning, software deployment, and account management workflows.
• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Track IT assets and service requests to keep systems up to date.
