Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and returning to school Fall 2027.
• Full-time availability for the internship duration (June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly.
• Interest in K–12 education technology field.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve IT processes and end-user experience.
• Assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user accounts, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
• Track and manage IT assets and service requests to keep systems up to date.
