Job summary
Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Specialist for a Work from Home role serving within 60 miles of an HCA hospital. The role supports a 24/7 call center with incident resolution and application/infrastructure support.
You will provide end-user technical support, perform troubleshooting, gather information from customers, and utilize available tools to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with mobile device support and Apple products.
- Strong call center experience and familiarity with tracking tools.
- Experience supporting customers in use of application software.
- Proficiency with support software tools and incident tracking.
- Basic network troubleshooting and general desktop support skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the end user.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair end user systems.
- Collect information through constructive customer conversation.
- Access all available support tools and staff to resolve issues.
