Parallon, a part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an IT Service Desk Support Specialist for a work-from-home role. You will provide end-user support for incidents and requests, triage, research, and resolve issues in a 24/7 call center environment.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The IT Service Desk Support Specialist provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA Organizations. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. This call center supports a 24/7 operation.

Schedule & Availability:

• This position is part of a critical, 24/7 infrastructure operation
• Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must have the flexibility to work non traditional hours
• Potential shifts may include days, afternoons, overnights, weekends and holiday rotations
