Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This remote role supports hospital staff and vendors, handling incident requests via phone and self-service portals with a focus on quick resolution and clear communication.

You will contribute to the IT knowledge base, document issues, and assist with onboarding, while delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare setting that values confidentiality and reliable support across our facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior Help Desk/Service Desk experience required.
• Windows laptop/desktop support experience required.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing system required.
• Windows-based printer installation/troubleshooting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact for hospital staff and vendors.
• Handle incoming support requests via phone and self-service portals.
• Document issues thoroughly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain IT knowledge base and communicate outages to stakeholders.
