Furnished Quarters is seeking an IT and Security Manager to lead security operations, IT infrastructure, and vendor management for a remote, United States-based role. You will drive cybersecurity, cloud initiatives, and governance across technology teams while partnering with leadership to align security with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and endpoint management.
• Strong ability to communicate technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience managing MSPs, coordinating multiple technology vendors, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information security standards and maintain appropriate security controls.
• Develop incident response plans and lead security operations with external providers.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Administer cloud and IT infrastructure, documentation, and hosting arrangements.
