Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced M365 Security and Compliance Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role focuses on strategically managing the security and compliance posture of the M365 environment within a GCC tenant, especially for federal agencies.

You will safeguard Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints and ensure compliant access to M365 services, while rapidly addressing vulnerabilities and operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen or US Person with ability to obtain Public Trust level 5 clearance.
• Advanced expertise in M365 security, compliance, and GCC requirements.
• Experience with cross-platform device security and enterprise telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for M365 security policies, standards, and guardrails.
• Manage data protection via Microsoft Purview across classification and retention.
• Define and enforce email security policies, encryption, and secure mail flow.
• Engineer Conditional Access policies across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
• Design and deploy Intune configurations and compliance policies.
• Support ATO/control assessment activities with artifact collection and evidence.
• Lead integration of Defender and Sentinel for threat detection and response.
• Coordinate incident response and cross-team investigations.
