Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines; align with Marketing for recruiting content.
• Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate experience guidance.
• Support offer preparation and coordination with HR and Sales leadership.
