Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Recruiter to join their on-site team in Tempe, AZ. You will drive end-to-end recruiting processes, screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting client hiring goals.

You will collaborate with the recruiting team, schedule interviews, and help establish TTEC as a preferred employer in the local community, all while delivering strong results and maintaining high hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience in B2B or B2C sales recruiting.
• Ability to interview for performance and skill in sales.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently to meet high-volume goals.
• Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications and schedule onsite interviews.
• Complete reference checks, background checks, and drug tests.
• Coordinate paperwork for new hires and onboarding.
• Develop relationships to position TTEC as an employer of choice.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting targets.
