Job summary

SYMPHONI HR is hiring an IT Recruitment Consultant for a work-from-home setup. You will independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing through closure, engaging candidates and coordinating interviews for global mandates across Banks, GCCs, Fortune 500s, and IT firms.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, strong communication, and ability to handle multiple mandates in a target-driven environment. This is a pure IC role with incentives and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Experience in sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Comfortable managing multiple mandates and targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates from sourcing to closure.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Translate client requirements into effective search strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Engage with candidates and build professional relationships.
• Coordinate interviews and manage lifecycle through offer/joining.
