Cinter Career is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Agency Recruiter to work remotely in the United States. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients, from intake to interviewing, job postings, sourcing, and candidate onboarding.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to source top IT and non-IT talent. English and Japanese language skills are preferred, with experience using ATS and handling diverse interview formats.

Formación

• Experience recruiting for various roles across departments and seniorities.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment process from posting to interviewing.
• Familiarity with multiple interview formats including phone and in-person.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Publish job ads on careers pages, boards, and social media.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Provide shortlists and keep clients updated on progress.
• Build talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage a portfolio of clients.
