Job summary

Adaptiq, a technology hub building and scaling R&D teams for fast-growing product companies, seeks an IT Recruiter to join a remote team. You’ll search for specialists for clients in Israel, the USA and Europe, and craft an outstanding candidate experience from first contact.

You should be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to manage time and priorities while scaling recruiting processes to deliver results and maintain quality across the candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in Technology/Engineering industry: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
• English proficiency (speaking/writing).

Responsibilities

• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the process.
