Job summary

The Project Manager – Operations at Symphony Care Alliance plans, coordinates, and executes strategic and operational initiatives across the MSO and affiliated physician practices. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this role translates priorities into structured project plans, drives initiatives forward, and ensures timely, outcomes-driven delivery.

• Ability to translate priorities into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and closeout.
• Translate organizational and operational priorities into clear project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and ownership assignments.
• Establish project scope, objectives, success measures, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain centralized project trackers, implementation plans, timelines, action-item logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure decisions, responsibilities, and next steps are clearly documented.
• Proactively follow up with project owners and stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
• Identify project delays, risks, barriers, and elevate concerns to the SVP of Operations when appropriate.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility into overall organizational priorities.
• Support onboarding and integration of newly affiliated or acquired physician practices into the MSO.
• Develop implementation plans that clearly define responsibilities at the corporate, regional, and practice levels.
