System One, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a high-visibility federal program. The role emphasizes financial performance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

You will manage end-to-end project activities, provide status reporting, assess risks, and ensure on-time delivery in a remote-friendly environment for candidates in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management, IT environment experience (federal preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Jira, Salesforce, and SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to the PMO Director.
• Manage a major program product with end-to-end financial tracking and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain proposals, cost estimates, and funding agreements.
• Collaborate with Federal team, Development, Operations, and Contracts to drive execution.
• Improve PMO practices and provide timely executive status reporting.
