Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a federal IT program focused on national security. The role requires coordinating diverse technical teams to deliver secure, mission-critical IT solutions in a demanding environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT project management experience in federal settings, with strong competencies in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems integration, and modernization. Onsite work in Washington, DC is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including federal projects.
• Active Top Secret or DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and federal IT security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal IT projects across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems integration.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate technical leads, engineers, cybersecurity staff, and contractors to resolve challenges.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule, scope, quality, and security requirements.
• Plan and coordinate testing, implementation, and transition activities.
