Placements24 is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and align stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management, managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Excellent knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquire and allocate necessary project resources, including personnel, equipment, and vendors.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
