Job summary

CARERRA AGENCY seeks an IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end technology initiatives and modernize platforms. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize enterprise projects from conception through completion, ensuring governance and security practices are mature.

You will lead requirements gathering, communications, and issue resolution while coordinating internal teams, leadership, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/Agile/Scrum or similar certification preferred.
• 4–7+ years of IT program management experience in enterprise system implementations or technology transformations.
• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, secure SDLC, data governance, or security hardening is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across technology, operations, and enterprise systems from planning through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into project plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, IT leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment.
• Lead requirements gathering, governance, testing, change management, training readiness, and stakeholder adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process and system optimization while supporting escalations and deployments.
