Job summary

NAOVI is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead enterprise cyber security, information management, and systems integration efforts. You will be the Technical Delivery Manager and primary POC to the agency, overseeing software and infrastructure project work.

The role requires active TS/SCI with FS poly, U.S. citizenship, and proven Agile leadership, Jira backlog mgmt, and stakeholder communication. This 100% onsite role near Fredericksburg, VA may involve travel within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) and primary POC to the agency.
• Oversee software and infrastructure project efforts for the position.
• Manage demand for development teams and report to stakeholders.
