Oregon Health Authority in Salem, Oregon, is seeking an EDGE IT Project Delivery Director to lead the largest, highest‑risk technology initiatives for ODHS and OHA. You will direct senior project managers, align with the CIO, and ensure strategic delivery across statewide IT services.

The role requires strong executive communication, portfolio oversight of multi‑million dollar programs, and a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope. This is a remote work position.

Qualifications

• Seven years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• Four years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of major technology initiatives for ODHS and OHA.
• Direct and manage the work of senior project managers and coordinators to meet goals.
• Collaborate with the State CIO’s office and other partners to ensure effective project communication.
• Provide project management coaching and enforce standard methodologies across projects.
