Job summary

International Rescue Committee is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a multi‑platform MarTech portfolio. You will coordinate scope, roadmaps, and launches for donation platforms, CMS, and marketing tools within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You’ll partner with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT project or program management across e-commerce systems, donation platforms, CMS, or Marketing Tech.
• Strong track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery for multiple MarTech initiatives from scope to launch and post-delivery review.
• Champion Agile ways of working; act as Scrum Master and coach teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear status reports on scope, milestones, risks and budgets.
• Manage budgets and vendors; assist with cost estimation and annual budgeting.
• Lead business analysis activities and coordinate testing with Business Analysts.
• Proactively manage risk and help shape roadmaps with Product Managers.
