Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years of direct experience managing technical projects, enterprise IT implementations, or systems engineering contracts.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist with mitigation planning.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications with government stakeholders, program teams, and leadership.
• Track project budgets, milestones, and contractual deliverables to support program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance requirements.
• Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Assist with federal IT initiatives, including cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and ICAM programs.
