Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Towson, MD offers a Lead Systems Analyst role remote. As part of IT – Supply Chain, you’ll lead procurement technology, shape roadmaps, and drive touchless processing across S2C and P2P.

You’ll own backlogs, coordinate global rollouts, ensure auditability, and partner with ERP/integration teams to optimize supplier enablement and spend analytics. Strong SQL, low-code experience, and familiarity with SAP Ariba or similar platforms are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of functional/technical experience sitting at the intersection of enterprise business system analysis and tech procurement pipelines.
• 2+ years Low-Code/No-Code hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code applications and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with S2P Platforms like SAP Ariba/GEP/Coupa/Ivalua or similar platforms across S2C and/or P2P modules.
• Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps) and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption.
• Strong SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong experience translating business needs into epics/features/user stories and functional specifications.
• Proven leadership in testing and release readiness (UAT leadership, defect triage, go-live/hypercare).

Responsibilities

• Lead as functional/technical owner for Procurement technology product area.
• Own and maintain backlog (features/user stories) prioritization and alignment to value.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives.
• Drive AI and automation across S2C and P2P to improve user experience and compliance.
• Act as project functional/technical lead for implementations, rollouts, enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes.
• Manage functional risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs.
• Own end-to-end requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and standardize processes across S2C and P2P.
• Ensure auditability and key controls in solutions.
• Provide functional oversight for Ariba modules and workflows.
• Lead integrations between S2P suite and multiple ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE).
• Partner with integration and data teams to validate mappings and reporting needs.
