Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects across care sites. The role involves staffing, governance, and engagement with operational leadership, clinicians and vendors to deliver technology transformations and cybersecurity initiatives.

The role is remote-OH with required in-person meetings, leading a team of project managers, and driving delivery maturity across the organization to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and senior project managers in the delivery of a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts to support scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Drive alignment between IT PM, vendor PM, and operational leadership for enterprise initiatives.
• Establish and facilitate program governance and steering committees.
