Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Corp IT Project Manager for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. You will manage projects from single departments to enterprise systems across the Baptist Health network, coordinating with departments and vendors to meet schedules and goals.

You will record project data in the ServiceNow Project & Portfolio Management system and may supervise IT support and contract staff. Strong communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related healthcare/IT project management experience.
• 3+ years leading medium or larger IT projects, PMP a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and coordinating vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects within the Corporate IT Portfolio.
• Coordinate with Baptist Health departments and third‑party vendors.
• Track deliverables, schedules, and meetings in ServiceNow PM.
• Interface with clinical staff and installation teams as needed.
