Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or related field and 6+ years of industry experience; OR Master’s degree and 4+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, programs, and apply business acumen to create opportunities.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
• Experience with Windows platforms and vendor management.
• Experience with cross-functional and global teams; fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Preferred: Visualization technologies; Python, Java, C++, Linux; PACS or imaging analysis; Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor in setting strategy/roadmaps and lead technology deployments in Digital Imaging.
• Maintain strong partnerships with business partners across multiple domains.
• Identify opportunities and measure success for Digital Imaging technology platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, partner with Life Sciences imaging community.
• Drive the technology stack, including scheduling, monitoring, deployment, and infrastructure.
• Leverage cloud computing to deliver effective solutions.
• Establish long-term sustainable operational processing and resource models.
• Stay current with technology trends and apply containerization, serverless, and AI/ML as needed.
• Provide authentic leadership to develop and motivate direct reports.
