Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or related field; 6+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proven ability to lead technology platforms, programs and projects
• Experience with Python/Java/C++ and cloud services (AWS)
• Hands-on with GraphQL API and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience across Windows and Linux platforms; cross-functional, global team experience

Responsabilités

• Set technology strategy/roadmaps and lead deployments in AI Native Drug Discovery
• Partner with Therapeutics Discovery, Data Sciences and IT leadership
• Architect and implement scalable AI platforms and model orchestration
• Drive cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure; enable reusable patterns for AI workflows
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams
