Job summary

The Opus Group is seeking an IT Operations Support professional in Beaverton, OR to resolve day-to-day technology issues and keep employees productive. The role emphasizes strong customer service, triage, and timely problem resolution, with collaboration across IT teams to manage devices and software.

Eligible candidates have 3+ years in customer service and 2+ years in IT support, with solid Windows/Mac knowledge, security awareness, and experience with ticketing systems and asset management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience and at least 2 years in IT support.
• Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient listener, able to translate requests into actionable tasks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of Information Security best practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist users in-person at the Beaverton office and remotely for home offices.
• Provide exemplary in-person support to resolve tech challenges.
• Understand MS Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of software systems (local, client/server, cloud).
• Present a professional image as a company representative.
• Establish professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Create and update end-user documentation as needed.
• Familiarity with on-premise servers and Wi-Fi network operations.
