Job summary

Rate Companies is seeking an IT Operations Support Manager to drive analytics, reporting, and operational excellence. You will partner with IT Operations leadership to deliver dashboards, cost controls, and executive‑level insights.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop presentations, and support quarterly business reviews while ensuring data accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in mortgage operations, analytics, finance, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; capable of executive‑level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and KPIs for IT operations.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Create reports for leadership reviews and planning activities.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and financial reporting with Finance.
• Prepare executive presentations and communications for leadership.
