Job summary

Rate, a leading mortgage lender headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Support Manager for IT Operations Partner Management. Drive analytics, budgeting, and executive reporting to support IT leadership.

Build dashboards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and manage vendor financials while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Ops teams. Remote role with competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, data analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage operations, analytics, finance, reporting, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Prepare executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Track IT Operations budgets, spending, accruals, forecasts, and metrics.
• Coordinate admin functions, governance processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects and organizational priorities across IT Ops, Partner Support, Finance, and HR.
