Job summary

lokalise is hiring for a day-to-day IT operations support role for a fully remote, internationally distributed team on a twelve-month fixed-term contract. Candidates must reside in Latvia and have the right to work there, with occasional visits to the Riga office for equipment or on-site support.

You will manage user provisioning across Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Slack, handle onboarding/offboarding, serve as the first point of contact via the IT service desk and Slack, and

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in technology with a curious, troubleshooting mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow documented processes.
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude with clear written communication for helping colleagues over Slack and tickets.
• Comfort working independently in a remote-first, English-speaking international team.
• Around one year of relevant hands-on experience from work, internships, personal projects, or self-study.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle and provisioning across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Slack in line with role-based access control.
• Support onboarding and offboarding end to end, including accounts, equipment, and access revocation.
• Act as first point of contact for colleague requests through the IT service desk and Slack.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues on macOS and Windows devices in a remote setup.
• Diagnose and resolve account access, password reset, and SSO problems, escalating complex issues with clear documentation.
• Create and maintain how-to guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and internal wiki pages.
• Help maintain and improve internal IT operations AI agents and flag recurring issues or inefficiencies.
• Support periodic access reviews, audits, and security baseline checks for new equipment and accounts.
