Chimes seeks a Computer and Information Systems Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate IT operations across the organization. This remote role, within the United States, requires leadership over technical staff and collaboration with vendors and users to drive security, continuity, and efficiency.

Base compensation varies by location, with tiered hourly pay reflecting geographic cost of living. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.

Mansioni

• Direct daily IT operations by setting priorities, workflows, standards, and deadlines, and monitor service quality and performance.
• Lead, assign, and review the work of technical staff; recruit, train, supervise, or participate in staffing decisions as appropriate.
• Coordinate projects by aligning resources, tracking progress, and resolving issues with leaders, users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Assess organizational needs and technology proposals, and recommend improvements, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Establish IT policies and procedures, and oversee data security, backup, disaster recovery, and user help systems.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships, and report performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
