Job summary

Fixify is hiring for a hands-on IT support role in a 24/7/365 remote operation. You will support end users and Engineering and help automate workflows to reduce toil and improve customer experiences.

We require 2+ years IT support with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Windows and macOS, plus knowledge of ticketing systems, IAM and TCP/IP.
