Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Vendor Onboarding & SAW Administrator to oversee end-to-end onboarding of external vendors, ensuring equipment, system access, and compliance approvals are in place across multiple time zones. You will manage SAWs, security devices, and related onboarding records while coordinating with HR, engineering, procurement, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in IT administration, vendor onboarding, or related operations.
• 3+ years with workstation administration, preferably SAWs or similar devices.
• Experience handling high-volume, multi-step workflows with tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAWs, including setup, shipping tracking, returns, replacements, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate provisioning, shipping, and return of smartcards and access devices.
• Submit and follow up on external workforce records, screenings, trainings, POs, and access requests.
• Monitor vendor compliance records and follow up on overdue attestations.
• Provide basic technical support for SAW onboarding and access issues.
• Maintain onboarding queues, track aging requests, and escalate delays.
• Coordinate account reinstatements, holds, and re-onboarding activities with HR.
• Maintain and update onboarding procedures and SOPs as processes change.
• Collaborate with vendors, managers, engineering, procurement, mailrooms, and support across time zones.
